Most items are in stock ready to be dispatched.

Please allow 24-48 hours for me to process, package and post your order.

Custom order times can vary, if you require something for a specific date please contact me before placing an order to ensure I can meet your expectations.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri and should arrive within 1-2 working days of your dispatch notification email.

International orders are sent Royal Mail regular airmail WITHOUT tracking and can take anywhere between 2-25 working days to be delivered.

Overseas orders can be delayed by customs, unfortunately this is out of my control. (Please check the Royal Mail websites incident bulletin for any updates on known delays here: https://www.royalmail.com/international-incident-bulletin)

If you have upgraded to tracked International shipping, your order will be sent via Evri. They aim to deliver between 3-7 working days depending on location, however some destinations can take a little longer. (Please note: Parcels being delivered to Finland, Denmark or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient's closest Parcelshop.)

I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If you think your item has been lost in the post I can report this to Royal Mail or Evri; For UK orders after 10 working days have passed. For European orders after 20 working days have passed. And for Worldwide orders after 25 working days have passed.

There is no guarantee Royal Mail or Evri will compensate you for the loss but I can apply on your behalf. I am more than happy to re-send or refund any lost items if they have been declared lost by the shipping provider.

It’s very rare for items to get lost in transit, but if you are worried about items not arriving please upgrade to a fully tracked shipping service.
