WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I’m based in the UK

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

I ship worldwide using Royal Mail and Evri.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

UK shipping is a flat rate no matter how many items you buy. 

International shipping is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.

DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE TRACKING?

For UK orders standard shipping does not include tracking, however orders over £50 tracking will be included for FREE

For international orders standard shipping does not include tracking, however you can upgrade to a tracked service for an additional fee at checkout.

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK?

Any orders outside of the UK will be subject to tax. You will need to pay this once your order arrives in your country.

HOW DO I WASH MY HAIR ACCESSORIES?

I recommend all hair accessories are hand washed in warm water and mild detergent and left to dry flat.

MY ACCESSORIES ARE A LITTLE CREASED HOW DO I FIX THAT?

I recommend a gentle steam with a steamer or iron. Please note, metallic and wet look/pvc fabrics should not be steamed.

AN ITEM I WANTED TO BUY IS OUT OF STOCK WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

A lot of the fabrics I use are remnants and are only available in small quantities, making them limited in quantity. I would advise if you like an item to purchase it before stock runs out to avoid disappointment.

Occasionally I am able to find the same fabrics or similar and these will be listed as they become available.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, I can create custom orders for you. Simply send me over an email and I will do my best to create the perfect item for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, I want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied you can return the item in its original condition for an exchange or refund within 14 working days of receiving it. As a small business I do not cover return shipping costs.
